Ethical core values. They work properly. Communicate well with customers. A high standard of communication. Vehicles are fully equipped, uniforms, Gas Safety tags. Like their response and the standard of work. Capable of responding to an emergency situation. They keep me fully informed throughout. Their pricing is accurate and their invoicing reflects the quotations
Have 2 or 3 on the gas and plumbing list. If it’s urgent, we go to Walker’s. Use them for quick repairs. Others may take a day or two. Always do the job for you. Like their communication style. (Some of the newer call centre folk don’t email me back). They have my confidence. They’re trustworthy, straightforward with me. Responsive to all my requests. Know that if there’s a problem that I can talk to them. I find their operation very good. Always amazed that I can get responses. I can send an email at any time of night and still get a call from the Night Hawk!
